I've always wanted to try Tower28 Beauty, but I found the prices a bit too steep here in the Philippines. They don't ship here internationally yet, so the products I saw from resellers were a no-go for me.
When my trusted online seller sold Sephora US sets and I saw this little mini box, I knew I just had to purchase it.
So today, I'll be sharing with you my review with three months use.

I've always wanted to know what the hype was about with Tower 28 Beauty, and when I got to try their ShineOn Lip, I smiled and I finally knew.
This doesn't feel like your typical lip gloss. It feels a bit more buttery and soft and it also smells very delicious -- kinda reminds me of the NYX butter lipsticks we had back in the day. It promises to have the shine of the gloss and comfort of a balm which is actually pretty true since it really feels good on your lips.
So, there are six shades but I have Chill right here which is completely clear and is perfect on bare lips or as a topper for other products. Packaging is really cute -- not just because it's a mini -- but the doe foot applicator is really soft and packs a lot of product. It kinda bends when you apply it and it's very comfy. I also like the lid because it has a secure feel and the clear bottle because I can see how much I've used up.
Overall, I do believe it's worth the hype. We have to remember that the ShineOn Lip Jelly is a moisturizing treatment and it just really works great. It's moisturizing, nourishing, comfortable, soft on the lips, and packed with oils and I do love using it overnight. Packaging and product are both very aesthetic and really good quality too. I would definitely buy one again.
