It's been almost four months since I last posted here and it's because summer has been literally "fire" as kids say nowadays. It's been so humid and hot that I even catch myself sweating while I'm still in the shower. 

Anyway, it doesn't mean that I haven't been eyeing and buying new makeup over the past few months. Read on for my full thoughts and review!

I was kinda caught off guard when Vice Cosmetics launched a Powerpuff Girls collection. These cartoons were really part of my childhood and I just didn't really expect it. Like, I get it that there are merch for Powerpuff Girls in the kids section, but not really in the women's (because obviously, we --  the OG -- are grownups now) so, I just kinda forgot about them. But hey, these new products were really cute so I figured I should get one.

The three products that I really wanted to try were the Powerpuff Girls What's Your Powfactor? Multi blush & glow, the Powerpuff Girls Super Fierce Color Changing Blush Oil, and the Powerpuff Girls Power Velvet Puff. Since a blush oil is a pretty new concept for me, I figured to just buy that one first. 

Packaging is awesome as it really looks like a test tube that Professor X would use in his experiments. The blush oil comes within a plastic tube and kind of a silicon applicator. The formula feels like a typical oil but dries to a natural skin finish. It's easy to spread out on to the apples of your cheeks and it doesn't feel greasy nor sticky at all. It's also lightweight and I've never had any issue with the oil clogging up my pores and causing me acne.

The oil is transparent and changes its color once in contact with your skin. On me it looks like a natural pink flush and I really, really love it. I don't find it as pigmented as serum blushes, but it is something that you can layer up once it dries on skin. You can wear powder under it or over it, but I prefer wearing it on bare skin as it looks the most natural. With just one layer, I find that it lasts for about four to five hours before the pink tint is all gone.

If you're looking for a product that's low maintenance, travel friendly, and just gives you a natural pink blush, I would definitely recommend this Vice Cosmetics Color Changing Blush Oil. It's really perfect for my dry skin and my new found mom life as I never really wear base products anymore. I've become a brow-blush-lips only kind of person because 1) I just don't have the time to wear foundations and eyeliners anymore and 2) It's just too hot for anything else. It's the perfect blush for lazy makeup wearers.

I would definitely repurchase this again once it becomes in stock. The tint doesn't really move on my skin even when my face is super sweaty, so I could just imagine how gorgeous and longlasting it would be during the colder months. It's been a staple in my bag ever since I bought it and there have been no leaks so far. Super in love with this blush oil!
