Happy Skin Lip Slip
The Happy Skin Lip Slip makes lip care effortless. A nourishing yet weightless tinted lip balm, it glides on lips to offer a moisturizing boost that keeps dry flakes, chapped skin, and fine lines at bay. Its skin-caring formula, which includes Kahai Oil, Squalane, Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin C, and SPF 15, penetrates deeply to replenish the hydration necessary for plump, soft, and smooth lips, while the luscious, pigmented finish offers a natural stain of color with a hint of shine.
Kahai Oil improves skin elasticity and softens the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. For today's post, I'd like to share with you one of my favorite products from Happy Skin, the Lip Slip lipsticks. These tinted lip balms have been my go-to ever since I became a mom, and Cozy + Snooze has never left my makeup bag ever since I bought them.

These Happy Skin Lip Slips have truly become a mom-favorite for my extremely dry lips and I wish I could have them all.
As for packaging, they are so aesthetically pleasing, minimal but not lacking, it's just easy on the eyes. They come in a gorgeous box, carefully thought out and printed with everything you need to know about the product. The lipstick bullet comes in a warm-beige color which also has a bit of pink. Twisting it up is very easy even if you're doing it only with one hand and it also has a click sound when you close the cap.
They come in six wearable shades and I have Snooze, Cozy, and Off Duty. It claims to be a conditioning tinted lip balm, but I actually find it to be very pigmented and almost like a not-so-sheer-real-lipstick instead of giving off just a "tint".
The formula is amazing as it's equipped with all these skincare ingredients like Kahai Oil, Squalane, and Hyaluronic Acid plus it also has SPF 15. When you apply it, it feels like this balmy, almost buttery formula that just glides and sits comfortably on your lips and the color payoff is amazing. It feels very moisturizing, hydrating, and there's definitely no cracks, no chaps, no fine lines whenever I use this. It just leaves my lips looking dewy, almost glossy, soft, smooth, and plump. I really love the effect!
One thing to note is that because the formula is on the moisturizing side, the color doesn't last as long as I'd like it to. It transfers to cups, glasses, utensils, and of course, masks too. Throughout the day, it's like your lips look super soft, plump, and glossy for about two hours, then as you eat and drink, you're left with this natural looking tint on the lips. But once you wipe off your lips with tissue, the color just really rubs off. However, even without the color, it still leaves my lips smooth for another three to four hours.
Overall, I really love these Happy Skin Lip Slip lipsticks. They just deliver all their claims and just really makes my lips dewy, plump, moisturized, and smooth. I mean who doesn't want smooth-looking lips, right? I would definitely recommend these in a heartbeat. It just has a super great formula perfect for flakey dry lips!
